We are seeking a motivated Communications Specialist to contribute their expertise to our client's global internal communication strategy!
This role requires efficient collaboration with vendors and colleagues across all organizational levels. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying, developing, and executing plans and content for our internal communications using various platforms.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with team and business representatives to execute internal communications plans designed to inform and empower employees, drive change, promote engagement, amplify brand, and create a deeper connection to strategic initiatives.
- Function as an internal journalist eager to learn more about and showcase the business and colleagues.
- Research, develop, and write employee features that align with strategic initiatives.
- Design and distribute monthly internal newsletter.
- Execute various aspects of internal promotional campaigns.
- Make daily updates to internal portal.
- Maintain a content calendar of functional events, and initiatives, and execute related communications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately.
- Remain current with emerging trends to determine the most effective communications media to convey messages and engage targeted audiences.
- Collect, compile, evaluate, and efficiently communicate feedback data.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Experience level : Experienced
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
- 5 years of experience in communications.
- Proficiency in AP style.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 and SharePoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Fast learner with a results-oriented mindset.
- Collaborative nature and naturally curious.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results.
- Preferred : Experience in a pharmaceutical setting.Proficiency in Canva.
