Location: RemoteJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $35 - 40 per hourCella is looking for a talented Marketing Analyst for our client in the healthcare and insurance space.
In this role you will work with business leaders to gain insight from analytics and data, and assist in making improvements.
The ideal candidate is confident in their ability to analyze and manipulate large sets of data.This is a fully remote role with EST working hours in which candidates must be located in the US. Responsibilities: Support the development of on-going survey processes to acquire Client/Customer feedback on a service experience.Execute with business leaders the identification of those elements of service delivery (aligned to people, process and technology) that create significant Client/Customer dissatisfaction.Specifically measure impacts of actions against goals.Develop operational information to support the publication of performance documentation, highlighting successes and challenges.Partner with business leaders as service delivery changes are made, especially highlighting any risks to tNPS that these changes may harbor.Support research group insights and analysis on projects aimed at anticipating Client/Customer needs and proactively developing solutions to meet them.
