The Role

Mechanical aptitude, familiarity with hand tools and power tools, hard working, wanting to work with your hands, and reliability are a must.

As an apprentice, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality work, every time.

No initial large investment necessary. You do not need to purchase a truck or large tools. The hourly rate posted is your starting pay. You will drive your advancement. Hard working, eager to learn apprentices move up quickly.

The Big Task

You will start as a helper and promote customer satisfaction by assisting technicians. Learning the business from the ground up - literally - by assisting with dig/underground jobs and helping with plumbing and HVAC service calls and installation. You drive your advancement. Our techs who begin in underground and want to move into plumbing and heating have that opportunity. You will also work with management on understanding and learning the trade inside and out.

Key Sub Tasks

• 
  Assist technicians in all plumbing, water treatment, underground, and/or HVAC service and installations; be efficient and accurate
• Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
• Adhere to quality checklist
• Support Install technician in maintaining a clean, organized job site and properly inventoried truck
• Work alongside Warehouse Manager in upkeep of warehouse when not assisting on a job site
• Actively seek out and participate in training exercises and meetings allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
