Analyst

Overview
We are seeking an Analyst to join our business management team. The Analyst role will bridge our production, finance, and accounting teams to provide crucial support to senior leaders. The ideal candidate will have a desire to absorb responsibility, learn the A-Z of our business, and provide support where it's needed. If you have experience in database design and analytics but are also interested in learning business management, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Assist our VP Finance in all aspects of financial analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and make system improvements
- Develop and maintain databases to support business needs
- Come up with suggestions for modernizing accounting practices
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses for C Suite

Experience
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools
- Strong understanding of database design principles
- Experience with R, Python, SQL, and other relevant programming languages
- Knowledge of project management practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
