Expert advisor in accounting records related to Accounts Payable in the SAP system that collaborates with the follow-up of Advances, Documented and Undocumented Liabilities to ensure the integrity of the balances of the Balance Sheet Accounts.
Principales responsabilidades
- Follow up on aged liabilities (documented and undocumented).
- Follow up on advance payments
- Advisor to the Accounts Payable team as well as with users in complex situations.
- Identify potential risk, financial impact and training needs.
- Manage, analyze, and reconcile vendor invoices
- Ensure compliance controls are being adhered to both within team as well as in the business while performing the activities.
- Assist users with process queries.
- Telephone and email support for questions from CEMEX employees and suppliers

- Coordinate with multiple departments and entities
- Receive pressure from many departments at the same time and be able to resolve requests on time.
Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos
- Bachelor (degree) : Administration, Public Accountant, Economy, Finance, Systems.
- 1 year experience handling accounts payable or similar activities
- 1 year Shared Services (Preferred)
