Summary:

The Development Coordinator is responsible for assisting internal departments and external agencies in support of tasks that promote organizational growth and expansion. As part of the Development Team, this position will provide coordination efforts on projects and special events and will provide new client support to team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides support on projects internally and for partner agencies, including the coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors.
  • Attends conferences/networking events to help promote ANR Business Solutions.
  • Assists with fundraising activities and planning special events for ANR, related entities, and all external clients.
  • Provides assistance with activities related to internal and external Board of Directors by sending correspondence, recording minutes, answering questions, and offering enrichment activities.
  • Serves as a secondary point of contact to create and update client records and contracts for all external clients.
  • Assists in coordinating meetings with external clients and transforming information gathered into project timelines.
  • Provides support for the completion of external client charitable registrations.
  • Submits insurance claims to the broker and updates annual renewals.
  • Supports the creation and administration of new program development.
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned.

This position is primarily M-F. daylight hours between 8-4p.m. with occasional evening/weekend hours for special events. Some flex and remote work from home after training. The hourly rate of pay is $22-$25/hour depending on experience and education.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to complete computer work approximately 70% of the time.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to community sites and agencies up to 30% of the time.
  • Willingness to work an adjusted work schedule in order to attend events/conferences as needed.
  • Proven experience in a developmental capacity, as a project coordinator or other relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office and office management software
  • High school diploma: BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, Act 33/34 and FBI clearances will be required. EOE/ADA
