What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinician - FFS position at Center for Human Development?
Our team has a shared work culture of validation and accountability. Our team consists of around 30 staff, clinicians, administrative assistants, and supervisors. We serve mostly adults and transitional aged youth, and we are working with children less often. On site there is a psychiatric day treatment program, peer support programming, and a services funded by a DMH contract. We are seeking a clinician to co-create a hybrid work model providing both in person and telehealth services.
Ideally, the candidate would carry an LMHC or LICSW, however any license eligible candidates are encouraged to apply. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are a plus. FFS pay rates are based on licensure and years of experience. All our staff are required to learn how to competently serve the LGBTQIA folx, as well as the ability to demonstrate Cultural Humility.
