MAP Auditor

Agency MAP Auditor needed to collaborate in oversight of CHD’s Management of MAP programming across our DMH, DDS and DCF divisions.

The Agency MAP Auditor will partner with the Corporate Nursing Team to schedule and conduct audits in line with the DPH auditing expectations for all of CHD’s MAP licensed programs. The Agency MAP auditor with review audit findings with the Corporate Nursing Team to identify areas of risk and opportunities for process improvement. The Agency MAP Auditor will provide documentation to the Corporate Nursing Team as required for data tracking

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Schedule and conduct MAP audits as directed by the Corporate Nursing team.
• Provide organized concise documentation of audit findings.

PERFORMANCE CRITERIA

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of MAP regulations Pro-active communication
• Maintain professional working relationships with the integrated care team

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Current unencumbered MAP Certification.
• MAP certification for a minimum of 2 years, and will be familiar or self-motivated to learn compliance needs around scope of practice and medication administration functions.
• Demonstrated ability to teach others, effective oral and written communication skills.

Education

• High School or better
