Program Supervisor

CHD is looking for team members for our new Respite Program in South Hadley. We are looking for people who have an interest in psychology and a firm belief that all members of our community should be treated with dignity and respect.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily activities include providing direct services to program clients living in a respite setting
• Supporting clients' activities of daily living, administering medications as needed
• Develop professional and supportive relationships with clients and provide informal counseling and guidance with a person-centered focus
• The ideal candidates will have a desire to work with members of our community who have mental illness

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but can be substituted for an abundance of heart and the ability to establish caring, meaningful relationships.
• Written and verbal communication skills are critical as is the ability to work with computers.
• All positions require a background screening including a CORI and motor vehicle record check, as well as a reliable vehicle for work use.
