Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-person and virtual one-on-one health coaching sessions with clients, utilizing our telehealth system for virtual engagements.

- Educate and guide clients through our 90-day Metabolic Reset Weight Loss Program, Neuropathy Program, and Blood Sugar Reset Program.

- Empower clients to make self-directed, lasting changes that align with their values and enhance their well-being.

- Collaborate closely with a functional care team, including nurse practitioners, client experience coordinators, and nutritionists, to provide holistic care.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in health coaching.

- Manage client progress with appropriate documentation in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

- A passion for health and wellness and a holistic approach to personal health.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and positively influence client behavior.

- Training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition or Functional Medicine Coaching Academy preferred, or equivalent experience in health coaching.

- Excellent follow-up, time management, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

- Commitment to professional growth and staying informed on the latest in health coaching and functional medicine.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
