Job Overview:
Body Shop Parts Receiving & Mirror Matching
The right candidate will primarily manage the process of receiving parts orders, storing, dispatching and returning parts as required.
Parts for each repair order and the overall management of parts purchased for the Body Shop. You will work closely with technicians, CSRs and estimators.
Duties:
We are a Tesla Certified Collision Facility so all delivered parts must be received through Tesla EPC.
Receive all needed parts and supplemental parts for repair orders in our shop management system.
Mirror Match incoming parts for correctness and damage
Assure that all parts are marked with the RO number and are stored or staged by job and that the order status is clearly noted on all paperwork.
Assist estimators and technicians to aid in parts received for jobs a timely basis.
We will train the candidate on using the shop management system and Tesla EPC.
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and vendors.
- Mechanical and or auto body knowledge helpful.
-- Ability to accurately enter parts and pricing information.
- Knowledge of automotive service procedures and best practices is helpful.
