Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Vendor Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Vendor Support Coordinator will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our vendors, ensuring alignment with our company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the auto finance industry, detail oriented, and a proven track record of effectively managing vendor relationships.
What You’ll Do
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors, including automotive dealerships, financing institutions, and service providers.
· Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
· Collaborate with vendors to identify gaps and areas of opportunities for process improvements and cost savings and make recommendations for improvements.
· Track and analyze vendor performance metrics, including quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
· Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure vendor performance and identify areas for improvement.
· Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on vendor performance and relationship status.
· Assess and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships, including financial, operational, and reputational risks.
· Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact vendor relationships and compliance.
· Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements for vendor relationships.
· Complete account reviews and provide feedback to the vendor.
