Job Description
This role presents an excellent opportunity to build a scalable event and partnerships program. You will plan, promote, and execute various marketing events from end to end. You have a natural inclination to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, strong project management skills, and the ability to think strategically and orchestrate many moving parts.
Events:
- Lead the strategy and execution of marketing events (virtual events, tradeshows, roundtables, etc.) to drive pipeline and revenue targets
- Work with cross-functional team members (Creative, Sales, Marketing Ops, Product Marketing, etc.) and lead the orchestration of high-impact integrated marketing campaigns
- Partner with sales for pre and post-event outreach messaging, event booth staffing, and lead list management.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and venues
- Coordinate booth logistics and trade show requirements, including shipping, union contacts, hotel accommodations, etc.
Partnerships:
- Maintain and grow professional relationships with in-market affiliations, technology partners, organizations, sponsorships, etc.
- Serve as the liaison between sales and in-market partnerships to facilitate site visits and events
- Obtain and track key components of partnerships, including contracts, sponsorships, and budget
What we are looking for:
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills
- Salesforce and Marketo experience preferred
- Proven success in contributing to team-oriented environments.
- 2 years of work experience in a related field
- Experience in project management and the ability to plan your own time to meet deadlines
- Willing to travel approximately 15% of the time
Salary : $59,600 - $75,500
