The Opportunity...
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading a team of Recruiting Specialists and Coordinators, tasked with the full cycle recruiting processes necessary to fill open or anticipated positions. He/She provides ongoing leadership, coaching, motivation and direction to the team to establish and promote strategies to accelerate our delivery on talent acquisition projects. The Talent Acquisition Manager works in partnership with Hiring Managers to manage an active requisition workload as well as manage a pipeline of passive candidates. This individual is a team player and collaborator who will actively contribute to the evolution of the Talent Acquisition group.
How You'll Contribute...

Lead full life cycle searches, delivering highly qualified and diverse talent, improving compliance, and facilitating a premium hiring experience for all.

Lead a team that partners with Hiring Managers to understand the business’ recurring talent needs, and collaborating to build effective sourcing strategies to identify, engage and hire top talent

Track and analyze recruiting data and insights to advise decisions, and measure and report results back to the business and recruiting leadership.

Maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates with the goal of converting them into high potential candidates for suitable open roles

Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to team members to ensure they are fully engaged, feel valued, and are successful in delivering on their personal and business goals, and act as the steward of their career journey.

Define team and performance goals and drive team to achieve success

Support recruiting related activities as required
What We're Looking For...
-
Minimum 5 years’ Talent Acquisition experience with at least 2 years’ experience leading a team with direct reports; preferably in a call center

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

Must operate with a high level of integrity and have a passion for identifying and selecting talent
- Demonstrable understanding of recruiting and operations practices including creating and managing recruiting metrics & reporting

Strong customer focus and emphasis on developing and maintaining successful working relationships at all levels

Internet savvy and technical ability to utilize applicant tracking systems and internet tools to support direct sourcing methods

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to effectively manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment, assimilate information quickly, analyze problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
