Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for having exceptional communication skills, creative problem solving, and a keen ability to build relationships around you. You will be called upon for your ability to manage client and internal team communications and drive progress on projects . A proactive self-starter that actively seeks out solutions and drives projects forward with client satisfaction at the forefront of each engagement, while  enhancing your account management skills and learning from leaders across the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partners with account leaders across two to four accounts working towards shared account and project goals
• Works closely with creative, account, and project leads to ensure key stakeholders are updated with critical project information, status, and updates
• Leads team members in tasks such as internal kick-offs and work reviews
• Ensures quality assurance across all assigned deliverables and projects
• Audits assigned campaigns to ensure details are accurate and communicated appropriately to internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of internal workflows and different project types
• Understands Centerline’s suite of capabilities and can communicate those offerings as solutions to our client base 
• Manages multiple tasks to always continue forward movement and progress of projects
• Prioritizes work to meet deadlines and actively communicates progress and deliverables to account and creative teams
• Works to consistently exceed expectations and demonstrate account learnings and industry knowledge within a fast-paced agency environment 
• Monitors and reports on overall health of accounts with close eye on revenue, profit and opportunities

Required background and skills:

• 2 years of professional work experience and Bachelor's Degree required. Agency experience is strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to simple and complex tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience with proofreading or copyediting is a plus
• Ability to prioritize tasks, think critically, solve problems and exceed expectations within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with online research and basic applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail
