Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills; the ability to handle day-to-day tasks in an effective and professional manner and the ability to work effectively with others. The Project Coordinator is responsible for various administrative tasks and duties supporting the Company’s business and responsible for assisting the Project Manager with site acquisition duties.
Note:
- Must have telecommunications project coordination experience.

Responsibilities:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for various administrative tasks and duties supporting the Company’s business including, but not limited to:

Assist project manager with the coordination of building drawings and permit information as well as the compilation of cell site information.

Support real estate department by conducting lease reviews and managing the clerical portion of lease exhibits

Oversee and maintain the central repository for telecommunication jurisdiction codes

Maintain numerous client web-based tracking programs; upload documents and maintain progress dates in numerous systems

Various project related support such as uploading documents, notes, and photos to the server and assigning projects and resources in OpenAir system.

Conduct environmental research

Other Administrative/project related duties as needed

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

2 years’ experience working with Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel

Good people skills and team player, with ability to interact with colleagues at all levels throughout the Company
Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
