- In accordance with Executive Order 12564 of September 14, 1986, The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is A Drug-Free Federal Workplace. Responsibilities:
As a Public Health Analyst you will:- Serve as expert analyst in developing, monitoring, implementing, and evaluating current or projected complex, interrelated public health programs involving governmental and non-governmental organizations from multiple sectors at the community, State, national and/or international levels.
- Analyze existing or proposed systems, strategies, services, or other health-related matters for long range implementation and administration of the public health program.
- Research, develop, and evaluate key public health policies, procedures, and guidelines; design and conduct comprehensive studies.
- Prepare recommendations for legislation; evaluate content of new or modified legislation for projected impact upon agency programs and resources.
