- Performing patient assessments and developing care plans
- Coordinating resources for assigned caseloads
- Maintaining accurate documentation and fostering cooperative relationships within healthcare teams
- Active and unrestricted NYS RN license
- Previous infusion and home health care experience preferred
- Extensive IV therapy and infusion skills preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (not required if working in Manhattan)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingualism is a plus!
- $95.00 - $130.00 per visit
