Overview

CENTERS, LLC is a professional management firm specializing in facility, operation, and program management for higher education. CENTERS' management approach is customized for each client yet retains our uniform quality. Our firm unites site staff with a centralized administrative team, each contributing to the firm's goals and client needs. The CENTERS team is innovative, entrepreneurial, trail-blazing, and ambitious for both CENTERS and our clients. Today, CENTERS provides management services for 14 clients.

Responsibilities

Content Management: 

• Develop visually appealing print and digital graphics for programs, events, and promotional materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative design solutions that effectively communicate key messages and resonate with our target audience.
• Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all design projects, adhering to established brand guidelines and standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, constantly seeking opportunities to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of our materials.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies, contributing creative input and design expertise to achieve organizational goals.
• Provide occasional photography support as needed, capturing high-quality images that align with our brand aesthetic and complement design initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.

Other responsibilities 

• Attend office, staff and department meetings as scheduled
• Evening/Weekend work responsibility as needed

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in design, web design, writing, marketing, advertising, or other related experience.
• Ability to use or, learn to use, various computer software programs.
• Ability to work as part of a team that collaborates effectively with colleagues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of standard practices and demonstrated experiences in Parks and Recreation.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytics skills to: identify problems, assess alternatives, and render consistent, logical decisions.
• Ability to thrive in an environment that values high expectations, accountability, and balanced life choices.

• Office environment/recreation center environment
• Moderate to loud noise
• Evening or weekend work as required                          

Physical Demands

• Sitting at desk or table for at least 80% of the work day
• Standing or walking for at least 20% of the work day
• Repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement (while operating computer equipment)
• Occasional bending, stooping
• Eye-hand coordination (keyboard typing)
• Hearing and talking
• Extended periods of reading fine print
