Job Description: SUMMARY OF POSITION Oversees the daily operations of semi-independent and transitional supportive housing programs for men in recovery from substance abuse disorders, and women in recovery some of which may also have their dependent children 5 yrs. or under living with them on site. Ensure client care and safety; assist in budgeting and grant compliance, housing certification and accreditation, scheduling services and activities, implementing protocols, and maintaining compliance with residential policies and procedures as well as providing daily supervision of other residential staff. Provide clinical services consistent with established guidelines for best practice interventions, including evaluation, individual, group, family, or couple’s psychotherapy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field. Years of Experience Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health environment with addictions/substance use disorder. Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred. Certification/Licensure Actively working toward acquisition of licensure in State of Indiana.
