Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities for: This title does not supervise others.
Facilitate client’s use of family, social and community resources, acting as an advocate when necessary and maintaining necessary communication with other involved parties.
Assess and develop person-centered plan and monitor progress of the plan.
Clinical documentation is accurate, meets organizations standards in composition and content, and is adequate for communication about client’s treatment and progress.
Compliance with annual completion of Catalytic Coaching and KPI forms.
Regular and reliable attendance is required.
Key Performance Indicators
Meet billable hour productivity standards.
Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
Complete clinical documentation within two business days of the service provided.
Job Qualifications: Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university preferred; preferably in psychology, social work, or a related field. Experience working and/or volunteering within the behavioral health, criminal justice, or social services field can be considered in place of degree.
