The NSRL is on a mission to evolve our Women’s Research Program to deliver next generation products and services to enable Nike Advanced Innovation and Global Women’s programs. We seek a candidate who has a global mindset, is dynamic, action-oriented, collaborative, thoughtful, and has an appreciation for scientific research. This individual should be passionate about helping Nike earn and deserve the trust of all female athletes*. As the Women’s Research Program Manager, your primary focus will be on identifying key internal and external research opportunities that return value to the organization. You will also:
• Partner with the NSRL Women’s Stakeholder teams to create, develop and track value delivery toward an integrated roadmap
• Lead program scope, schedule, budget, capacity, risks/issues, and dependencies in partnership with the cross-functional program teams, stakeholders, and external partners
• Provide program status reports and key metrics to inform program health and opportunity areas
• Prepare and analyze key program data and insights to inform program leadership decision making
• Initiate and drive planning and operating model and standards across business and external partner teams
• Partner with extended NSRL management teams on portfolio and program management methodologies and processes
• Work across all NSRL teams supporting communication of key Women’s insights
• Understand the technical and engineering considerations as it pertains to resources, schedule, risk to the overall program to drive effective decision making and delivery
