Clean Room Production Worker -3rd Shift

• Performs all tasks necessary to operate equipment according to procedure.
• Implements customer required quality requirements by performing specified quality checks/inspections per the customer specification.
• Packages and labels finished products according to the Control Plan.
• When an order ends, performs a line clearance.
• Actively communicates with coworkers – key items within the plant environment on safety, quality, maintenance, production and continuous improvement.
• Follows work instructions as needed and may be asked to write, revise and train others to those instructions.
• Performs root cause analysis when problems arise to determine if actions can be taken immediately or appropriate personnel need to be called.
• Maintains 5S environment in work area, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Sweeps any debris from work area in the production area and machinery.
• Retrieve IPC samples during production and perform IPC according to quality instructions.
• Collect and document PDS/TGS samples according to quality instructions during validation period.
• Adheres to plant and corporate safety policies.

May assist in other areas or perform other duties as required by fluctuating business needs.

Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Starting rate $21.52 with quarterly increases up to $22.00. Also, shift difference $2.00 per hour for both afternoon and midnight shifts.
