The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Interprofessional Education & Development Section, which requires independent judgement, professionalism, critical thinking, and project management skills. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, committee logistics, schedule and office management, project tracking, and utilizes computer/word processing, flow charting, database management, presentation preparation, and multiple software systems. Responsible for developing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking items for follow up.
Schedule:
- Fulltime | 72 hours every 2 weeks | Remote work after training in St. Cloud
- Day shift | 8-hour | 8am-4:30pm
Pay and Benefits:
- $18.90 or more per hour, pay determined by experience.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree or 2 years of equivalent experience in an administrative role in a professional office environment required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other technology platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, independent worker, with ability to work with fast-paced team.
- Experience with LMS software preferred
- Medical terminology preferred
Department Info:
The Interprofessional Education & Development Section of our Education Team is involved with training current staff on skills needed in their workday. These classes range from life saving skills to patient safety. This team coordinates system-wide education and learning operations. They support and implement patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Also supporting and demonstrating patient- and family-centered care principles when interacting with patients, their families, and with co-workers.
