As an Administrative Assistant II within the Foundation Department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a dynamic team of CentraCare Foundation staff. This position demands a high level of independent judgment, professionalism, and initiative. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks including event and committee logistics management, crafting correspondence, meticulous data entry, and proficient report generation. Adherence to AFP's Donor Bill of Rights and CentraCare's Our Best Begins with Me (OBBWM) cultural principles is paramount. Moreover, you will actively support and implement patient safety practices as relevant to the role.

- Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks.
- Monday – Friday | 8am - 5pm. | Position works onsite.
- Some events require evenings and weekends.
- Pay is determined by experience.

- Associate degree required or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years at a minimum of previous Administrative Support experience required.
- Reconcile basic financial reports and financial transactions.
- Special Event planning experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database functions.
- Individual must have the ability to work as part of a fast-paced team as well as have initiative and resourcefulness to take on projects and assignments independently.
- Must have the ability to take minutes using lap top computer.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent organizational skills.
