What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper I, Part Time (56) position at CentraCare?
Part time, 56 hours per two week pay period. Working various, Monday- Friday 4:00pm-12:30am.
JOB SUMMARY: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in an assigned area as specified by a work schedule. This will be accomplished by utilization of a seven step cleaning procedure. Housekeeper has daily direct contact with patients, and must have a good diplomacy with patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING: High school preferred; must be able to read and write English. Must have basic math knowledge and able to follow instructions. Knowledgeable about housekeeping procedures/techniques. Will be trained on the job.
EXPERIENCE: Previous experience helpful but not required.
