Schedule: Full-Time | 72 hours every two weeks | Monday - Friday | 7:30AM - 4:30PM | Every 5th weekend call | Rotating holidays | On call 1 once a week day 

What you will do:

  • Leadership position that serves as a member of the administrative team when needed.
  • Handle day-to-day operations of the Imaging Department
  • Providing qualified staff to the hospital and clinic's Imaging departments.
  • Ongoing support to the Physicians group as a consultant on imaging procedures.
  • Assist our Radiologist group in implementing protocols and maintaining quality exams.
  • Encourage the practices and behavior of the Imaging Department by sharing information
  • Resolve conflicts and implement problem resolution 
  • Facilitate communication and improvement

What you need:

  • High School Diploma or GED and 
  • Degree from approved AMA credited school of Radiology
  • 1 year experience as a Lead or Supervisor in Imaging services
  • American Board of Radiology ARRT Certified and Mammography certified Required
  • Must be able to speak English proficiently
  • Trained in CT, Mammography, and knowledge in all Imaging procedures.
  • Understand quality improvements, KPI, PDSA and implement improvement plans. 
  • A valid Minnesota Class D driver’s license
