What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN (NICU) position at CentraCare?
The St. Cloud Hospital's Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit provides quality care to our tiniest and sickest of infants from age of viability and above. Our 36-bed state of the art NICU provides a combination single and pod style rooms, which allows for parents to stay with their infant 24/7, dedicated lactation support, Family Support Program, Respite room for parents, and air & ground transport, all while providing high tech care with heart.

Full-time Positions Available:
All positions will work every other weekend (Friday-Sunday) and every other holiday
- 64-72 hours per two weeks, 8 hour day/night rotation (7am-3:30pm & 11pm-7:30am)
- 60-72 hours per two weeks, 12 hour day/night rotation (7am-7:30pm & 7pm-7:30am)
- 72-80 hours per two weeks, 12 hour day/night rotation (7am-7:30pm & 7pm-7:30am)
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay: ADN $34.36/hr; BSN $35.04/hr; MSN $36.10/hr

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program and current MN RN license required
- BSN required within three years of hire
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
- STABLE and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required (training will be provided)
