Position Role/Tile: Search Engine Architect
Location: Boston, MA.


 
Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of search systems
  • Provide technical and architectural leadership and be a primary contact for architecture pertaining to search
  • Communicate and coordinate activities with other teams such as PO, infrastructure, Dev t4eam
  • Participate in requirements discussions with end users and product owners
  • Define overall knowledge management search platform roadmap and drive its successful implementation
  • Continuously scan the technical landscape to identify ways to improve search relevance, accuracy, and overall user experience
Skills Primary:
  • Large enterprise search engine (preferably Coveo) (ie Coveo, Elastic, SharePoint, MS Search)
  • Multi-dimensional results ranking and indexing data
  • Searching based on related data in different content types
  • Taxonomy / Ontology search integration
  • Knowledge management search
  • Content indexing, relevance tuning, related search
  • Working with applications with highly-scalable, micro-services cloud-based.
  • Ability to leverage various analytic tools, data, to identify ways to improve search/tuning.
  • Semantic Search
