WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Reporting to the Provider Relations Manager, this position:
- Assists leadership in identifying, analyzing, supervising and documenting Provider Relations issues and complaints, department and organizational strategies, policies and procedures
- Co-leads the advancement of provider recruitment, education and support activities in conjunction with other Provider Relations Supervisors
- Ensures that providers are educated and kept up to date on Alliance resources and benefits
- Supervises, mentors and trains assigned staff

- Knowledge of:
- Principles and practices of supervision, training and evaluation
- Methods and techniques of research, analysis and reporting
- Windows based PC systems and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and database software
- Ability to:
- Supervise, train and evaluate the work of staff
- Motivate staff and promote an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation
- Identify issues, conduct research, gather and analyze information, reach logical and sound conclusions, and make recommendations for action
- Work independently, apply sound judgment, and make decisions related to areas of functional responsibility
- Provide leadership and facilitate meetings
- Maintain a professional demeanor and to remain calm under pressure
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health and Human Services, or a related field
- A minimum of three years of experience in health care, marketing, or public services (or a Master’s degree and two years of relevant experience); and a minimum of two years of lead worker or supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be qualifying
OTHER INFORMATION
- We are in a hybrid work environment and we anticipate that the interview process will take place remotely via Microsoft Teams.
- While some staff may work full telecommuting schedules, attendance at quarterly company-wide events or department meetings will be expected.
