Central Care Cancer Center is currently hiring an Oncology Clinic Manager in our rapidly expanding Garden City location.
The Oncology Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, coordinating services, and providing leadership to support the goals of the organization. This position requires strong leadership abilities, strategic planning skills, and the capability to collaborate effectively with physicians, support staff, hospital administration, and members of the management team.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Access and leverage both internal and external resources to optimize clinic operations and patient care.
- Communicate efficiently with physicians, staff, patients, and administrative professionals to support clinic operations.

Address challenges proactively and develop solutions to support efficient clinic operations.

Ensure compliance with regulations and standards of government agencies and accreditation bodies.

Facilitate staff development through continuing education, performance evaluation, and goal identification.
- Participate in performance improvement activities, working closely with clinic staff to identify opportunities for enhancement.

Conduct regular staff meetings to promote effective communication and collaboration.

Assist in recruitment and selection of qualified personnel to meet the needs of the clinic.
- Assists with treatments or procedures as necessary, per license and competency.
Education
Master's or Bachelor's Degree: Nursing, Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Job Experience

Strong clinical or hospital background, with direct oncology experience being a plus.

Minimum 3 years' management experience.

Flexibility to travel as workload requires.

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. No late nights or weekends.
