Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Tractor Operation, Weed Abatement and Fire Prevention to deliver exceptional outdoor services for our long time customers.
Responsibilities:
- Operate skid steer with high weed mowing attachment
- Operate small equipment on occasion (weed whacker, blower, chainsaw, etc.)
- Plan and organize daily work schedules with supervisor to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Learn new techniques and safety procedures around weed abatement and general construction.
-Assist with basic the maintenance of tools and equipment (grease, fuel, fluids, etc.).
- Communicate effectively with clients at a basic level to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
- Ensure quality control and attention to detail in all projects.
-Ability to follow directions and perform tasks with little supervision
Skills:
- Experience in weed abatement and basic tractor operation
- Proficient in handling straightforward projects with little oversight
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Experience with small tools (shovels, rakes, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week
