Description
The Executive Assistant reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist our Executive Leadership team with day-to-day executive administrative duties, including responding to correspondence, e-mails, and telephone requests or complaints, coordinating workload, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, planning events and managing calendar appointments, coordinating projects, and managing activities ranging in levels of complexity and importance.
- Provide high level quality support to executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Interact with all levels of management, including physicians, while remaining flexible and proactive, resourceful and efficient.
***Please note : the minimum educational requirement is an Associate Degree.***
Qualifications
Required:
- Associate degree
- Minimum of five plus years' experience working as an assistant to high-level
executive management. - Ability to act proactively and anticipate upcoming needs.
- High level of professionalism and experience in dealing with highly confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize with a strong attention to detail.
- Expert knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Possess organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to details.
- Ability to accurately transcribe and record minutes of meetings.
- Ability to support and manage multiple calendars, produce reports under pressure, and prioritize daily assignments.
- Responds resourcefully and adjusts quickly to shifting demands of office environment.
- Previous experience working on projects.
- Capable of working a flexible weekly schedule to cover early and late office hours as needed.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous healthcare administrative support
