We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Writer to contribute to our service sales and gross profit. This role is integral to our business volume and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Drive service sales and gross profit
  • Manage team members effectively
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client handling
  • Work independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Service Writer (Required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability
  • Professional personal appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • Experience in the towing industry (Preferred)
