Laborer - Excavation Team Member

As a laborer with Central MO All Service Plumbing you are an integral part of a team. You act as the eyes and ears for the equipment operator, spotting utilities making sure that the job site is safe. You will assist in repairing and installing water lines and septic lines, running utilities and much more. Every day is a different day and what you learn and accomplish will keep you growing in your job and as a person. Our company has no human back hoes. Of course, there is physical labor but we never let an employee do a job that a machine can do. We place a lot of value in our team members and create a culture of a work family.

What We Would Expect From You?
- Have a minimum of 2 years of labor experience. Prefer knowledge of CTS, CPVC and MJ fittings but will train the right person.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Communicate with equipment operators, dispatchers and managers to ensure that work orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Communicate all discrepancies and issues with equipment operators and managers.
- Ensure that all company procedures are being followed.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to clear a drug test, background test, and motor vehicle report.
Compensation: $16 to 20 per hour based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
