Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated Lead Generation Specialists to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales team. Duties:
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and set appointments
- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage potential customers
- Research and identify target markets and industries
- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation
- Negotiate and close deals with potential customers
- Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and customer interactions

Experience:
- Proven experience in inside sales or lead generation (Preferred not required)
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication skills in English (Required)
- Familiarity with technical sales or technology industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
