What are the responsibilities and job description for the Federal Work-Study 2022-2023 PSE Office Assistant *Student Position Only position at Central Oregon Community College?
Support the Forestry, Automotive, EMS, Structural Fire Science, Wildland Fire Science and Military Science programs by performing such tasks as: general office duties, filing, campus errands, various data entry tasks, upkeep of monthly data reports and other clerical duties as assigned.
Job Location is on the Bend Campus.
Terms of Employment:
* This is a part-time (<.50 FTE) Federal Work Study position
* Requires flexible work schedule, which may include evenings and/or weekends as well as travel throughout the district when needed.
* Must have been awarded and accepted Federal Work-Study for 2022-2023
* Must be meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress for financial aid.
* COCC employees must work and reside in the state of Oregon at the time their work is being performed.
* The College is NOT able to support Visa applications for this position. Applicants must already be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this position.
* Upon hire, must pass criminal and/or driving history; only information relevant to the position will be considered.
