Location: Central Oregon Gymnastics Academy
Responsibilities:
- Lead and instruct boy's tricking, tumbling & movement classes for boys ranging from 6-12 years old.
- Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for kids to learn and grow.
- Implement age-appropriate tricking/tumbling/moment curriculum and lesson plans.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills.
- Foster a love for sports and physical activity for the kids of Central Oregon.
Requirements:
- High energy and enthusiastic personality with experience and passion for working with children.
- Previous experience working with children in a coaching or teaching capacity.
- Familiarity with tumbling/tricking/parkour techniques, terminology, and safety practices preferred but not required. We can teach the right person!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional instruction to our students.
Compensation:
- Hourly pay rate: $20-$23 per hour, based on experience.
