CPR Air Conditioning is looking for an Administrative Assistant!

We are seeking a team player who is organized with excellent communicating skills, detail oriented and able to multitask. Must have good customer relations with a good work ethic. Experience in a construction office will be helpful but not required. Must have experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word will help with daily tasks.

Responsibilities include receiving of daily paperwork, updating purchase orders in software program, entries in Quickbooks, filing, bill collecting, and answering the telephone. You may be required to assist office personnel with tasks if needed.

CPR Air Conditioning provides a friendly working environment with helpful co-workers.

Position will start at $18.00 an hour. Paid weekly with optional direct deposit.

Work days are Monday - Friday from 7am to 4pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
