POSITION SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the administrative team within Central Peninsula Hospital. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient operations and effective communication within the hospital environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks with professionalism and discretion. This position will also cross train to support the Executive Assistant/Coordinator for the CEO and Board of Directors. In the absence of the Executive Assistant/Coordinator, the Administrative Assistant will attend Board/Committee meetings, prepare meeting packets, maintain the Board Portal, and provide support as requested.
