Education and Experience:
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Must have interaction with the general public, vendors and consurmers
- Must have working knowledge of office procedures and practice
- Basic knowledge of comupter techniques and functions
- Ability to understand and follow moderatly complex oral and written instructions relating to computerized data entry
- Must have valid TX driver's license and be insurable
Job Purpose:
- Performs receptionist duties
- Performs data entry and general secretarial duties
Job Function:
- Maintains confidentiaty of client records
- Works harmoniously with fellow employees, promoting teamwork
- Responds courteously to telephone calls, and returns calls in a timely manner
- Maintains petty cash for building
- Complies with all Center polices and Unit procedures
- Attends work reguarly and punctually
