We seek candidates to fill openings for alarm dispatchers on all 3 shifts.
We have hours that fit anyone’s schedule.
- Early Birds: First shift - 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Late Sleepers: Second Shift - 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Night Owls: Third Shift - 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
All candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The alarm dispatcher position requires heavy typing, some writing, and heavy inbound/outbound telephone communications. CSCI is an emergency dispatch center, we handle urgent and emergent issues. This means holiday and weekend availability is a must! Summary
In this role as an Alarm Dispatcher, you will be responsible for monitoring and dispatching alarm incidents. Utilizing your core skills, and strong communication abilities, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
As an Alarm Dispatcher, you will be a key player in maintaining a secure environment and providing timely responses to emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch security personnel or law enforcement officers in response to alarms or emergencies.
- Communicate effectively with team members, law enforcement, and clients to ensure a timely and appropriate response to incidents.
