In addition, we promote the general welfare of all central Vermonters with health promotion, long term care, and maternal-and-child health services.

Your Day-to-Day
Assist with public flu, COVID and foot care services.
Provide in-home services and office work. Specifically, this could include, in-home vaccinations, private pay clients receiving in-home nursing care, and clinical assessments for Med waiver clients.
Coordinate COVID vaccinations for home health clients and staff. To include screening, scheduling, and management of clinical records and required reporting.

VT Licensed LPN or RN
