In addition, we promote the general welfare of all central Vermonters with health promotion, long term care, and maternal-and-child health services.

Your Day-to-Day
- Assist with public flu, COVID and foot care services.
- Provide in-home services and office work. Specifically, this could include, in-home vaccinations, private pay clients receiving in-home nursing care, and clinical assessments for Med waiver clients.
- Coordinate COVID vaccinations for home health clients and staff. To include screening, scheduling, and management of clinical records and required reporting.

Requirements
- VT Licensed LPN or RN
- Valid driver’s license
