POSITION SUMMARY
This position offers a $5000 sign on bonus, as well as amazing benefits and the option for a comprehensive relocation package for relocators!
Under the guidance of the Director of Patient Support Services, the CSR manager assumes responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of the CSR department, implementing operational changes, and evaluating/managing employee performance. Provides on-going training, education and certification for the CSR staff. Has authority, responsibility and accountability for the management of the department. Ensures safe, cost effective, quality reprocessing services through responsible utilization of resources, delegation and effective communication throughout the hospital system. Supports staff and customers to ensure their needs are met.
BASIC KNOWLEDGE
Certified Sterile Processing technician I or higher (CRCST).
Must obtain the certification level of CHL (Certified Healthcare Leader) within 24 months of hire.
EXPERIENCE
3 years of supervisory/management experience.
5 years of working in the Central Sterile Reprocessing field.
