JOB SUMMARY:
The Clinical Program Director must demonstrate the ability to work in a face-paced environment, having the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to change, while maintaining compassion toward the clients. The Director continually strives to learn about new techniques and practices that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of CWCC services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Establishes annual service commitments and monitors actual performance to ensure the satisfaction of funders.
• Monitors characteristics of clients who are referred, admitted, reviewed for continued stay and discharged to ensure that services are provided as needed to the intended target population.
• Ensures that staff generates high quality consistent, accurate and timely documentation of service provision, including summaries of consumer progress and/or service activities.
• Records meet all applicable procedures, regulatory and professional standards for timeliness, completeness, and qualitative aspects of care.
• Documentation is consistent and supports billing activities.
• Facilitates the timely and accurate completion of all documentation related to supervisory duties including time off requests, timecards, personnel forms, training attendance reports, and supervision and progressive discipline documentation.
• Takes on responsibilities and ensures that others do as well; acts with good judgment and sound thinking; work is ethical, reliable, productive, and effective.
• Primary customers and secondary stakeholders report a high level of satisfaction with services.
• Possesses self-awareness; continually strives for self-improvement; is motivated to learn new things to benefit customers and the organization.

• Understands the APIE process model and performance improvement methods and their use in solving problems and improving operations.
• Meets contractual obligations for the program that allow the program and organization to legally bill for services.
• Productivity standards, as established by the organization, are consistent with documented billable units of services or other established criteria.
• Productivity is consistent with accomplishment of designated job duties.
• Work is consistent with all laws, policies, regulations, and ethical guidelines as outlined in compliance training.
• Identifies and reports any compliance violation.
• Completes and is current with compliance training guidelines.
• Practices attentive and active listening; uses language and behavior to promote dignity and respect; develops effective partnerships with others to solve problems, resolve conflicts and achieve goals.
• Works to promote the collective effort and cooperation of team / committee members to identify and achieve common goals.

• Responsible for completing competency-based workplace safety training as assigned by the agency.

Salary : $69,347 - $86,694
