What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Product Management, Analytics position at CentralReach?
To be successful as a CentralReach Director of Product Management, you must be data driven, proactive, positive and humble. In your role, you will be responsible for building relationships, understand the business problem and work to prioritize ideas to build a world class product and provide customers with great experience. You display a passion for our products, compassion for the stakeholders of our products (clients as well as support, success, sales, QA and engineering teams) and a willingness to operate within the framework, structure, and processes utilized by the company.

Key Accountabilities:
- Define vision and strategy for data analytics product suite and be the product evangelist with all the stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations leadership to create customer-facing documentation and presentations, ensuring sales teams have the messaging, tools and support to sell and compete effectively
- Engage with customers to gather requirements and receive input on upcoming features
- Establish and manage priorities in high paced environment
- Manage the long-term product roadmap and short-term product backlog
- Partner with Engineering and Design to foster empowered product delivery teams operating effectively at all levels
- Establish deep understanding of platform and technology to create scalable solutions
- Manage the end-to-end process of research and design of upcoming product features
- Ensure proper and effective communication flow among internal and external stakeholders
- Manage all activities to ensure a smooth product release
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to strategize with product leaders against competing priorities and identify the important problems to solve
- Creative problem-solving skills and a metrics-driven approach to create substantiated solutions
- 5 years of experience leading a data analytics solution
- 8 years of experience in software technology organization
- Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative user research to evaluate and validate product decisions
- 5 years of product management experience, including working with engineering, data science, clinical and business stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Experience in healthcare technology preferably with an EMR is desired
- Excellent communication (oral & written) and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Attention to detail
- Planning & organization skills
- Experience working in a day-to-day agile development environment
