Job Posting for Migration Strategy Analyst at CentralSquare Technologies

The Migration Strategy Analyst will be entirely dedicated to the company wide initiative to maximize retention of existing customer and develop customer-centric migration strategies from legacy platforms to our latest platforms. This role will be expected to work cross functionally and produce the analytics required to determine the right customer candidates to migrate versus retain. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong analytics background who has worked in a cross functional environment. This individual must have strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams at once. The Migration Strategy Analyst will be reporting directly to the VP of Product Management.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understand and interpret data across the functions of the company and effectively draw conclusions
  • Provide timely and effective reports to all key stakeholders
  • Develop a KPI dashboard to track progress to date
  • Follow up on all assigned action items across the product, professional services, finance, and customer success functions
  • Design and distribute a customer facing survey to understand the propensity to migrate
  • Responsible for C Suite and Board level report out content
