What are the responsibilities and job description for the Professional Services Consultant position at CentralSquare Technologies?
Professional Services Consultants play a super important role at CentralSquare. Here’s why:
Our company builds software for public safety agencies like 911 dispatch centers, police and sheriff’s offices, and correctional facilities. They have a really important mission, and we believe the right software can help -- especially if it’s configured to fit the way they work, so it can support and even improve their business practices rather than dictating them. Our business analysts get to turn that philosophy into reality. They’re the subject matter experts who learn all the ways our software can be configured, analyze new customers’ business needs, and help them wrap the system around the way they do business.
Some days that’s visiting agencies around the U.S., and some days that’s helping them configure their systems remotely. It’s always about working with our customers to find ways to make their jobs easier and better. And after agencies go live with a system you helped them implement, it’s pretty rewarding to hear about how it’s saving them hours on paperwork or making critical info more accessible to officers in the field.
CentralSquare Technologies provides a comprehensive public safety software solution to agencies across the U.S. with our Public Safety products encompassing computer-aided dispatch, mapping, records management, jail management, civil process, criminal investigations, crime analysis, agency financial, agency administration, and mobile CAD.
