RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creates a strategy for establishing a secure and well-managed enterprise environment in Azure.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for cloud environments.
- Understands business requirements and translating to optimized functionalities such as templates, workflows, designs, and appropriate RBAC permissions.
- Applies experience in setting up and managing Infrastructure and Administration. Applies experience in migrating on-premises applications and workloads to Azure using cloud technologies and provide support.
- Drives identity, access, configuration management, and a monitoring strategy for Azure.
- Establishes and implements monitoring and management infrastructure for both availability and performance management.
- Uses experience in migrating on-premises applications and workloads to azure using cloud technologies and provide support.
- Utilizes experience in deploying and configuring Azure IaaS – Virtual Networks, Virtual Machines, and Resource Groups.
- Applies knowledge on various Azure concepts like Azure AD, Conditional Access, Webapps, Azure storage, Azure Backup and Azure Automation.
- Creates functional design specifications, Azure reference architectures, and assist with other project deliverables as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- This position requires 5 years of Azure and other cloud experience.
- This position requires 5 years of engineering Azure solutions.
- Advanced PowerShell Scripting.
- Knowledge of Logic Apps and Azure Automation.
- Strong Documentation Skills and usage of Word, Visio, and Microsoft 365 for maintaining Engineering Diagrams and documentation.
- Advanced knowledge of security and regulatory compliance frameworks experience in HITEC, HIPPA, ITIL preferred
- COVID vaccination with booster (when eligible) is required.
