We are excited to announce we are expanding and looking to grow our team with a new Sales Operation Manager!

Position Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to design, develop, and implement sales quotas, targets, and incentive plans for sales operations staff. Collaboration with marketing for promotions and procedures, as well as coordinating qualified leads. A successful Sales Operation Manager will be able to organize and maintain the sales organization process from start to finish.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Track short-term and long-term sales data while working on building and optimizing sales reporting.
• Manage sales programs to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out with expected objectives and targets.
• Review reports and records of activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified goals, and modify methodology as required.
• Serve as a liaison between the sales team and upper management for daily activities like pricing/contract/RFP processes.
• Implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams.
• Follow ethical practices with consumer and customer data.
• Coordinate special pricing for all sales discounts and proposals.
• Assist marketing teams in ensuring the sales team is documenting and updating the necessary process and accurate bookings.
• Monitor and assist with customer retention/eventually manage all the maintenance, renewal process, and collection reporting.
• Ensure compliance with weekly reporting.
• Update any reporting in ConnectWise and other related software/tools.
• Assist with account management needs that are not getting resolved.

Experience & Qualifications

• 3 years in a program management role including working with sales management for reporting needs.
• Ability to perform advanced computing functions.
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with sales CRM software
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite including Microsoft Dynamics and Excel.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and be proactive in making suggestions on how to optimize processes.
• Ability to work well in groups.
• Ability to multitask.
